During an interview with Fox News on Sunday, former senior adviser to President Barack Obama, Jean-Pierre Sauvage, gave a terse response when asked if a staff shakeup is being considered amid a current Biden campaign polling crisis.
Sauvage said, “It’s not something we’re discussing right now.” When pressed further about whether that could change in the near future, Sauvage responded with one word: “No.”
The Biden campaign has come under fire in recent weeks over its response to polls that show the Democratic presidential candidate’s standing in a number of key battleground states is slipping. Sauvage seemed to imply that the Biden campaign was standing by their current approach and was not looking to shakeup their staff at this time.
