Trump Media director accused of ‘hacking’ files in attempted corporate ‘coup’, lawsuit alleges

According to lawsuit allegations, Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) and its CEO, Patrick F. Orlando, are accused of taking part in a corporate “coup” through unauthorized access to sensitive company files. The lawsuit has been filed by DWAC LLC, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), that facilitated TMTG’s plan to go public.

DWAC, in its lawsuit, claims that Orlando and his team at TMTG violated their fiduciary duties, alleging that they conspired to acquire inappropriate access to confidential DWAC files, constituting an act of ‘hacking’. They allegedly sought to use this information to sideline DWAC and gain complete control over TMTG.

However, these details should be viewed with caution since they are allegations in an ongoing lawsuit, and the court has not yet made any ruling or judgment on the matter. The defendants will have an opportunity to contest these allegations and put forward their own arguments and defenses.
