Rep. Bowman says there must be ‘clear distinction’ between Israel’s citizens, government

Rep. Jason Bowman (R-TN) has said that there must be a “clear distinction” made between the citizens of Israel and its government. As a Member of Congress, he believes that the U.S. should maintain its commitment to and support for the state of Israel, while recognizing the legitimate rights of its citizens, regardless of their race, ethnicity, or religion. He believes that we can ensure that Israel is a secure and prosperous nation-state by prioritizing efforts to develop strong political, economic, and cultural ties between the United States, its citizens, and the government of Israel.
