Democrat Bob Casey concedes Pennsylvania Senate race to Dave McCormick, ending recount
for college graduates
Given that the housing market is highly cyclical, it is difficult to accurately determine how affordable homes will be in 2023. That said, current trends suggest that the majority of homes listed for sale in that year will be unaffordable for college graduates. This is due to factors such as rising prices, inadequate savings, and an influx of investors, all of which are contributing to the increasingly unaffordable nature of the real estate market. Furthermore, the growing cost of college and record levels of student debt only make it more difficult for college graduates to adequately save for down payments and other financial requirements for home ownership.
