House GOP releases scathing report on Biden’s withdrawal from Afghanistan
Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear announced a $386 million investment in high-speed web infrastructure for the state on Wednesday. The investment includes $170 million from the federal government, $126 million from the state, and $90 million from local governments and private providers. The money will go towards modernizing and expanding the state’s broadband network, with a goal of providing all Kentuckians with access to cable speeds of at least 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload by 2022. Beshear noted that this investment will not only benefit residents, but will also offer new opportunities for businesses, health providers, and distance learners.
