Congressman’s home vandalized with message calling for Gaza cease-fire

The home of Rep. Alan Lowenthal (D-Calif.) was recently vandalized with a message advocating for an end to the violence in the Gaza Strip. The vandals reportedly wrote “Stop the War on Gaza” in red paint on the sidewalk of the congressman’s Long Beach home. Lowenthal condemned the vandalism but also said that he agrees with the message of the vandalism, adding that he is a “strong advocate for peace and a cease-fire in the Gaza conflict and throughout the Middle East.”
