Hunter Biden pardon raises new questions over 5th Amendment ‘loophole’
The mayor of Holon, Moti Sasson, announced Tuesday that the body of missing Israeli woman Shani Gabay was found.
The news was “bitter,” he said in a statement.
Gabay, 28, was last seen on July 8 in Holon, a city located south of Tel Aviv.
Her family had filed a police complaint after she failed to return home, launching a wide-scale search.
Her body was eventually found Wednesday morning in a forest near Holon. Investigators do not suspect foul play at the current stage.
Sasson spoke of his deep sorrow at hearing the news, and said his thoughts were with the family.
He also thanked the police, the firefighters and the volunteer organizations for their efforts in the search.
