If a Biden judicial nominee appears stumped by basic legal terms, it is extremely concerning and they should receive additional education on these terms. It is unacceptable for someone who is being considered for a role as a judge to not be familiar with basic legal terms. The nominee should be much better prepared when appearing in front of a Senate confirmation hearing.
