Supreme Court conservatives seem dubious about SEC’s in-house tribunals
While it is difficult to predict the exact outcome of any election, it is likely that the 2024 Presidential Election will be shaped by non-voters as much as voters. This is especially true in light of the 2020 Presidential Election, which had the greatest voter turnout since 1900 and which showed the power of newly energized and organized non-voters to have an outsize influence on the result. In 2024, the US electorate will likely continue to be demographically more diverse and politically more mobile than ever before, meaning that non-voters and their varied perspectives will have an increasing say in the outcome of the election. Additionally, technology and digital media will almost certainly play an even larger role in connecting non-voters with political messages and campaigns. All of this suggests that non-voters could be even more influential in 2024 than they have been in the recent past.
