CFPB expands oversight of digital payments services including Apple Pay and Cash App
It seems like a rival candidate in the presidential race, most likely from the Democratic Party, has suggested a “no-spoiler pledge”. Typically, this kind of proposition is aimed at ensuring smaller party candidates and independents agree not to pull votes away from the major party candidate in a tight race.
